Thanks to the Chinese spammers (comments display ip addresses etc) for constantly spamming my comments with links to buy cheap Nike tops, handbags and get 1,000 views I’ve decided to pospone all comments on my blogs. Within two weeks I’ve had over 700 spam comments.

2012 Dog Photographer Of The Year
I decided this year that I need to enter more photographic competitions. While browsing the net for POTY (Photographer Of The Year competition) I came across a Dog POTY. This is right up my street, I love photographing animals and I have two gorgeous and boisterous Labradors, Charles and Eddie. (Yes they are named after the one hit wonder Charles and Eddie.) Cupola House
June 16th 2012, a sad day for Bury St Edmunds and one of its iconic buildings. Around 9:30pm a fire started in the cooking quarters of Cupola House and ripped through the building causing masses amounts of damage. Read more…
HDR
When I was a kid I dappled in a bit of cheating in Monopoly and various other board games….. Who hasn’t? But cheat on photography… Never! I see HDR as cheating. For all you people who are thinking HDR? What the hell is he moaning about now? What is HDR?
HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. Basically HDR is taking the same photograph three times, One over exposed, one under exposed and one correctly exposed. You then use these on a computer to stitch all three together and you have one image which is shows clear light and dark areas. Read more…
