Who you are buying for
  • We offer discounts if you are purchasing images of more than one participant. You can select how many participants you are purchasing images of in the gallery, make sure you select the correct number of participants or your order will be delayed and could be cancelled.
Searching
  • Enter your bib number in the search box or use the selfie search uploading a recent photo (laptop) or taking a selfie (mobile).
How to find more images
  • Try both Classic Search (bib number) and Selfie Search
  • Switch to Partial search in Classic mode and enter only part of your bib number
  • Try searching for the bib number of a participant you ran/cycled with at the event
  • Browse images by time – this is a great way to find finish line images
Ordering
  • Add the images to your cart that you wish to buy and progress to the secure checkout page. We primarily sell digital images but if you want prints there is an option on the cart page. 
Payment
  • Payments are made through our secure checkout process by card or PayPal. 

What To Do If…

My website is not working, I can not browse, I can not pay..

There are occasions where we have technical glitches but more often than not it is an issue you can resolve yourself, Consider: 

  • Check your internet connection: is it fast enough to load all of the gallery images?
  • Accessing from work? Then you might be on a limited network that does not allow sites such as ours.
  • Switch your browser: we strongly suggest you use the Chrome browser and avoid Internet Explorer as it is an old browser that does not allow many of the features we carry. 
  • Switch your device: if possible, try on a different device, the newer the device the more likely it is to work with all of our platform’s features.
  • Still no luck? Email us at the address below including the event you are trying to access and your device and browser information.
I have paid but had no confirmation of payment
  • Check your spam and junk folders
  • Check all your email accounts maybe you provided a different email when checking out
  • Ask your bank or PayPal if the payment has been taken from your account
  • If the answer is yes to all of the above and you have still not heard from us please email us at the address below with the subject NO CONFIRMATION and include the name on the order, date of the order and event.
I have paid, I did receive a confirmation of payment, but I have not received my digital images
  • The images will be delivered to the same email address as your confirmation email often instantly, but occasionally it can take a little longer.
  • If you still have no update from your confirmation email after 48 hours please email us at the email address below with the subject NO IMAGES and include your order ID, name and event.
I have paid, I did receive a confirmation of payment, but I have not received my prints
  • Prints can take up to 14 days to arrive. If you have not received your prints in the post by that time please email us at the email address below with the subject NO PRINTS and include your order ID, name and event. 
I received my digital order but I can not download the images
  • Try to open the email we sent on a computer/laptop to see if you can download the images as some mobile devices will not allow multiple images to be downloaded in the format that we send them to you.
  • Forward the email to a friend or family member and ask if they can download the images for you.
  • Forward the email to us at the address below and we will unpack the images and send them to you in a different format.
I found more images, can I add them to my order?
  • Our system is automated and we cannot add images to a completed order, we urge you to ensure you are happy with your order before completing payment.
